WINE EMOTION
A WineEmotion machine is a high-tech wine dispensing
and preservation system designed to serve premium
wines by the glass without spoilage. Once a bottle is
opened, the machine uses argon or nitrogen gas to
prevent oxidation, keeping the wine fresh for up to 30+
days. Each wine is kept at the ideal serving temperature,
meaning different zones for white and red wine. This
machine makes it easy for us to offer high-end wines by
the glass to our guests, while keeping them fresh and
minimizing waste.
